Plan, headcount band, term, and price. The quote serves as the Order Form; there is no separate document.
- 2The quote incorporates the MSA
Signing the quote binds the Master Subscription Agreement published at tryren.com/msa, including Exhibit A (security measures), Exhibit B (data processing addendum), and Exhibit C (support and service levels).
- 3Security review runs in parallel
Your security team can start immediately. The Trust Center is public; the SOC 2 Type II report follows under NDA.
- 4Countersign and invoice
Both parties sign electronically. We invoice on the terms stated on the quote — Net 30 unless otherwise agreed.
What we need from you
Send these over and we can usually turn a quote around the same day. Send any redlines before signature.
