There’s only one real limit: SSO comes with Business.

Yes, we ask for a card to start it. You won’t be charged for 7 days, and if you cancel before day 7 you pay nothing. If you stay, on day 7 you’re billed $49 a person per month for the people in your workspace that day, whether that’s just you or a whole team you added during the week.

If you haven’t cancelled, your trial becomes a paid Team plan: $49 for each person in your workspace on day 7, then monthly from there. Add or remove people whenever you like and we’ll prorate it. Team is month to month, so you can stop anytime. Cancel before day 7 and nothing is charged.

No, and we removed the one we had. Ren used to have a $19 plan for a single person. It’s $49 now, the same as everyone else pays. The honest reason: a cheaper solo price suggests a lesser product, and it isn’t one. You get the same Ren a forty-person team gets. Start the trial on your own, and decide once you’ve used it for a week rather than on the price.

No. Ren works the same whether you’re eight people or a hundred and twenty. You pay for how many people use it, not for access to more features. What Business adds is work we do with you, plus SSO, which is the one thing procurement truly needs and IT is there to run. Nothing else gets unlocked, because nothing else is locked.

Above 163 people. $7,995 divided by $49 is 163, so that’s the line. Under it, paying per person costs you less, and we’d rather you stayed there. Over it, Business costs less and includes more. At 300 people, the cap, it works out to $26.65 a head. We show the math because you’d do it anyway, and because a plan you were talked into is worse for both of us than one you chose.

Annual and multi-year terms are available on Business, and we work them out with you rather than listing a rate. Team is month to month, on purpose: you can leave whenever you like, so we have to keep earning your business.

Yes. That’s the second way Enterprise can work, and it’s worth knowing before you decide you can’t use us. Most organisations have us run it: a dedicated workspace, set up around your own language and the challenges your people actually face, hosted and maintained by us. If your rules don’t allow a third-party hosted service, or you want to own it yourselves, Ren can run inside your own systems instead, under an annual licence, with the method and every improvement to it included for the term. Same product, same method, just on your side of the firewall. Where your data lives is settled as part of that setup. Which option fits depends on your security review, not your headcount, so we work it out together rather than as a pricing tier.
