Why add a Growth tier?+
Because there was an awkward gap between self-serve Team (up to 20) and fully-serviced Business (up to 200). Growth ($2,495/mo flat, up to 50 people) lets a scaling company get the org dashboard, Microsoft Teams, and SSO on the same self-serve, flat-fee basis — without committing to a done-for-you engagement.
