Here's what it cannot do:
- It cannot read your DMs. Ren only sees channels it has been explicitly invited to.
- It cannot share your coaching conversations with anyone — not your manager, not HR, not leadership. Your conversations with Ren are private by architecture, not by a setting someone can change.
- It does not train on your data. Our AI providers operate under zero-retention enterprise terms.
