Senior Engineer
Full-time · Remote-first (US preferred)
A hands-on, high-craft engineering role with broad surface area. You'll own features end-to-end across the product — security and SOC 2, the manager profile, integrations, voice, and guardrails — and add the capacity that lets us ship fast without breaking what's already live.
- Mid-to-senior full-stack experience, shipping to production
- TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis
- AI fluency — you've built with LLM APIs in production, not just prototyped
- Comfortable owning features end-to-end across a wide surface area
Founding GTM Athlete
Full-time · Remote-first (US)
Ren's first dedicated GTM hire. You'll absorb the production work that makes a sales motion run — sequences, talk tracks, proposals, HubSpot hygiene, prospect briefs — and grow into your own book within twelve months, with the Founder and Head of Growth active on demos and closes.
- 1–3 years B2B SaaS, eager to grow fast
- AI-native — you use Claude or equivalent in your workflow today, unprompted
- Explicit ambition to run your own book within 12 months
- Hands-on HubSpot experience (sequences, workflows, reporting)
