Every tier runs on a two-year agreement that renews on its own, with 30 days’ notice to end it. Emerald reverts to Sapphire terms at the next renewal if its $100,000 threshold isn’t met. Referrals already attributed keep paying on the terms they were made under.
Questions
Does Ren replace what I do with my clients?+
It does the opposite, and it's the first thing most coaches want to know. Ren handles the daily repetition — the nudge in the moment, the manager who has to actually do on Tuesday what you worked through with them last month. That's the part you can't be present for and were never paid well to do. What Ren can't do is read a room, hold a relationship over years, or tell a founder something they don't want to hear. Those hours become a larger share of your engagement, not a smaller one.
How do I refer someone?+
Usually with your link — anyone who arrives through it is tracked to you automatically, and you don't have to tell us in advance. For a larger team or an enterprise conversation, a direct introduction to the decision-maker works too, and is credited the same way. The one condition is that the organization is new to us: we can't credit a referral if we've had material business discussions with them in the previous twelve months. If you're unsure, ask before you introduce us.
What do I earn, and for how long?+
10% of the net revenue we collect at Ruby and Sapphire, 20% at Emerald, for two years per referral (three at Emerald, extendable to five). We assign your tier when we approve you. Paid within 30 days of each collection, including installments. Sapphire and Emerald partners can also extend a 10% or 15% discount to their client through a code issued with your link.
Does it cost anything to become a partner?+
No, not at any point. There's no fee to join, no ongoing cost, nothing to buy, and no volume requirement at Ruby or Sapphire. Emerald is the only tier with a threshold, because it's capped at ten seats.
Do you send clients to me?+
Yes, when we meet a team that needs your work more than ours. On those, the share runs the other way: you pay us 10% of services revenue, or 20% of SaaS, subscription, or license revenue, on the same timing. It's a mutual arrangement between two firms, not a one-way affiliate program.
Can I resell Ren, or sign the contract myself?+
No. Your client contracts directly with Good Authority, Inc. Partners can't contract for Ren services with a client, can't offer our terms of service, SLAs, or security terms on our behalf, and have no authority to bind us.
What if I want out?+
Either of us can end the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Every referral you already made keeps paying for the remainder of its revenue-share period.
