At Ren, we help organizations navigate some of the most important conversations at work, from coaching and feedback to accountability, development, and performance. Those conversations require confidence, not only in the methodology behind Ren, but also in the security of the platform itself.

We're pleased to announce that Ren has achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance following the successful completion of our SOC 2 Type II audit. This milestone reflects our ongoing commitment to maintaining strong information security controls and providing a secure environment for our customers' data.

Developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), SOC 2 is an independent reporting framework that evaluates an organization's controls related to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy. A SOC 2 Type II audit independently assesses both the design and operating effectiveness of an organization's controls over a defined audit period.

The audit was completed with the support of Johanson Group LLP, whose team helped guide us through the audit process.

As organizations increasingly adopt AI to support leadership and team performance, protecting customer information remains a core responsibility. Achieving SOC 2 Type II compliance reflects our continued investment in the security, reliability, and trust our customers expect from Ren.

Security isn't a milestone. It's an ongoing commitment, and one we'll continue to strengthen as Ren evolves.

We thank our customers, partners, and the team at Johanson Group LLP for their continued trust and partnership.
