Dana Liu
I sawDana unblocked your research twice last month. Nothing has been said to her about it.
How it works
Ren sorts through the noise in Slack and Teams and guides every manager through the most important conversation of their day.
Running the company? Start with The First 90: ren with your managers and their teams for 90 days, with Jonathan beside you.

What Ren does
You didn’t fill anything in. Ren only sees the channels you added it to.
What Ren noticedtwice last month she cleared your blocker before you asked, and neither time was named.
Every suggestion points to the real message behind it. If Ren can’t show you, it doesn’t say it.
“Two unblocks nobody has named.”
“Thursday keeps landing on someone else.”
“Asked twice for a decision, still waiting.”
Good conversations don’t only go from boss to employee. Ren helps with your peers and your own manager too.

Naming good work in the moment, rather than saving it for a review.
Everyone gets one, not only managers. It’s a strength to build, not a flaw to fix.
Two ways to start
Option one
Ren follows along in the channels you add it to, never in private messages. Nothing to fill in.

“Hey Dana, quick one: you found that rounding bug at midnight and just fixed it. That’s the kind of thing nobody sees, and I did.”
Option two
Two minutes of talking, a few screenshots, a transcript you downloaded yourself. No IT ticket, no admin.

“Hey Priya, small thing: you opened at 7 on Tuesday without anyone asking, and the morning ran on time. Thank you.”
Either way, you get a short private note about the people you work with. You didn’t have to write any of it.
Quality over quantity
Ren checks everything it notices against four questions before it bothers you. Last week it spotted eleven things. One was worth your time.
01
A real pattern, or just a busy week?
7 of the 11 moments get through
Dropped: standup ran long, release notes late, and two more.
02
Connected to what this person is working on right now?
5 of those 7 get through
Dropped: real, but not related to what they’re working on.
03
Does it keep happening, and does it matter enough to interrupt you?
2 of those 5 get through
Dropped: one-offs and minor moments.
04
Advice with no next step is one more thing on your mind.
1 of those 2 gets through
Dropped: a review that is still three weeks out.
The one that got through
It waits for you in Ren. Ren never sends anything on its own, and it won’t nag you about it.
I sawDana unblocked your research twice last month. Nothing has been said to her about it.
Twice last month she cleared your blocker before you asked, and neither time was named. Unspoken thanks is the most common thing peers miss.
“Dana, you unblocked the research twice last month before anyone asked you to. That is the reason we shipped on time.”
Ren stays quiet on purpose. A coach who comments on everything gets ignored within a week.
On your phone
Ren sends you a short note each morning. Reply by voice or text and pick up right where you left off. Thirty seconds on the walk in is enough.
“Marcus has missed the Thursday handoff two weeks running and Dana’s been picking it up. I mentioned it once and he laughed it off. And Priya has carried the whole migration and nobody’s said a word.”
Your words. Edit them if I misheard.
Three conversations in there. Two are yours to start.
Second miss, and your first comment got laughed off. Time for a real conversation, not a repeat.
Nobody has thanked her. This takes thirty seconds and matters most on the list.
You mentioned Dana absorbing the work but nothing about Dana. I don’t know enough to suggest anything yet.
Priya first
Talk for 30 seconds, or paste a screenshot. I’ll take it from there.
Like what?
Tap to talk to Ren
Your first comment got laughed off, so try one honest question instead.
I’d askWhat happens for him between Monday and Thursday? You have named the miss. You have not asked the cause.
Your private workspace
Every conversation Ren suggests lives here, sorted by how far along it is, from a quick word to a serious talk.
7 open. Rachel, Maya and Marcus have a suggestion from Ren waiting.
She unblocked your research twice last month. You never said anything…

The Accountability Dial, the method behind Ren
Privacy and trust
Ren suggests. You choose. Nothing is sent, shared or marked done without you.
Ren can only draw on conversations you were actually in. That’s built into the software itself, not left to a setting or a promise.
If Ren isn’t sure who a comment is about, it drops it rather than guess. Getting it wrong is worse than saying nothing.
Every suggestion links back to the conversation it came from, so you can check it for yourself.
When a new company starts, Ren’s team reviews the setup before anyone sees a thing.
What you work on with Ren is private to you. Your conversations are never shared with your manager or your company.
What Ren is not
No rankings, no monitoring dashboard for bosses, no list of who’s falling behind. None of that exists.
You don’t have to think of the right question on a bad week. Ren comes to you with what matters.
Ren is built on a proven coaching method, not on your company’s data. Nothing you share is used for training.
Nothing charged for 7 days, and about two minutes to set up.
