When a Growth Plan is due for review, your teammate’s card now asks one simple question with two clear answers: ‘Still working on it’ or ‘They made the change.’ Your monthly Connect leads straight into the check-in, so there’s no guessing which button to press.
The People tab has a new Activity column showing when each teammate last signed in, in a friendly ‘2 days ago’ style. Click the header to sort, click again to flip it, and once more to turn it off. People who haven’t logged in yet show a quiet ‘Never,’ and pending invites stay tidy.
Team member cards and connections now show real profile photos wherever they’re available, so your team feels like your team. Photos load quietly in the background, so nothing slows down.
Admins can now add or remove people from a sub-workspace in one go, and a new ‘Show only unassigned’ filter makes it easy to spot anyone who hasn’t been placed yet.
A personal home base in Ren: your guiding phrase, a month-by-month view of where you've been, and the option to ask Ren about yourself. Pick a ready-made phrase or have Ren draft one from your conversations, then rephrase or edit it anytime. A built-in prompt lets you bring over what's relevant from the other AI tools you use — ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot — so your profile starts with the context they already hold.

A Dial board on your home dashboard will show where each of your key relationships currently sits.
